I got it working in the end, but the setup took a little longer than I expected. Some steps were straightforward, while others had me clicking around and second-guessing what to do next. The support pages helped a bit, though I think they could be simpler. A friend actually recommended it to me, and I can see why, but I’d say it’s just not quite as easy to get started as I hoped. Overall, not bad.

They explained everything SO clearly, and it actually made the whole thing easy to understand. I really appreciated how straightforward they were.

I tried out icybox.io for a little while and it was easy to get around. The pages loaded fine, I didn’t have to click all over the place to find the main stuff, which was nice. A few spots could be clearer though, like after reading a page I wasn’t always sure where I should go next... but overall it felt smooth enough and not frustrating to use

I had an issue with my order and, to be fair, customer support did get it sorted in the end. It just took longer than I was expecting, and I had to follow up once to keep things moving. They were polite about it though, so I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience, just not the smoothest one either

I’ve been using Icybox for a few weeks now, it’s been handy. I was a bit frustrated at the time from trying to figure out inbox setup stuff on my own, so the DNS checks and built-in guidance saved me a lot of guessing. The dashboard is simple without having a ton of menus to dig through, which I really appreciate. I also like being able to see mailbox status all in one place because it makes small issues easier to spot and fix. It’s not perfect since a few screens can load a little slowly sometimes, but overall it does what I need and saves me time

I needed to change my details and it was sorted out really quickly with no fuss. it’s nice when people just treat you decently and make a simple request simple

My order showed up a little later than I thought it would, but everything was fine once it arrived. The tracking barely updated, so I was kind of just guessing when it would get here, which was annoying. Weirdly, I remember checking the tracking while eating a pickle straight from the jar, so that stuck in my head. Overall, not a bad experience, just average.

I asked for a refund and expected it to take a while, because, you know, refunds usually do. But it got sorted way faster than I thought. Support was really easy to deal with too, chill, clear, and no unnecessary back-and-forth. Nice surprise, actually.

A few of the devices just didn’t work the way they were supposed to, which was frustrating. It felt like something preventable if they had been checked properly before being sent out.

For what I paid, I really can’t complain. It turned out to be a solid value.

icybox was okay overall. It did what I needed it to do, but compared to other similar sites I’ve used, it felt a bit less smooth. I ran into a few small delays, and support took longer to respond than I would’ve liked. Nothing was really bad, though, just not especially impressive. I might use it again, but I’d hope the experience is a little quicker next time
